Steps of Installing the Update
Step-1 Download and save the ROM you downloaded above to your PC.
Step-2 Connect your device to your PC.
Step-3 Ensure you have HTC Sync Manager installed so that the device is recognized by the PC.
Step-4 Locate the folder in PC where you saved the ROM update.
Step-5 Double-click on the file to launch the system update wizard.
Step-6 Follow all the system update instructions shown on your PC.
Step-7 When the update is complete, click Finish in the Wizard and the device will reboot.
