System UI Tuner, as the name suggests, is a simple settings panel that enables the user to tweak various Android system elements like status bar, lock screen, and more. Depending on the Android OS version, users can tweak status bar, ambient display, Do not Disturb (DND), Navigation Bar, and Lock Screen options. As for the status bar, users can change various elements like move the clock position right, left, or center. Hide or show status bar icons, battery percentage, and more. Here is how to enable System UI Tuner on Android 11.
Since Android 10, the clock’s position moved to the left from right; and not everyone is particularly a fan of it. So you can move the clock to the right or even the center of the status bar using the System UI Tuner. System tuner can also hide some icons from the status bar like Bluetooth or NFC, or WiFi. It can also be used to show the Bluetooth icon in status bar if it’s not showing up despite it being enabled. Other use cases include adding Battery percentage and enabling the seconds counter for the clock.

How to Enable System UI Tuner in Android 11?
While you can use several other methods to enable the System UI Tuner settings, using the System UI Tuner shortcut app makes the whole thing easier. The launcher shortcut method is by far the easiest way to do that. This has been tested on Google Pixel 4(XL), 3(XL) devices running latest Android 11 beta and the GSI builds based on Android 11 (Generic System Images). How to Enable System UI Tuner on Android 10, 9 Pie, 8 Oreo, or earlier?
Enabling System UI Tuner on previous Android devices is similar method. Since Android 8 Oreo, the functionality was hidden. So you will need to use an app or ADB commands to show it. On Android 7 Nougat or earlier, the setting is readily available.
