A new update with Software version YOG4PAS5W0 has arrived for the YU Yutopia and similar YU devices. However, it contains some bugs with touch screen and also has some Navigation issues. The YU and Cyanogen OS team have brought simple fixes for the same. Here’s what the quote:
We have a small workaround/fix for Screen unresponsiveness and Navigation bar issues which you guys faced during various operations.
The root cause of the issue was due to Gesture touch events, if you disable the ‘Block gesture touch events’ under developer options it will solve the issue.

Steps to Disable:
Step 1. Enable Developer options by tapping 7-10 times on Build number under about phone in settings.
Step 2. Scroll down to Input options.
Step 3. Disable Block gesture touch events. (by default Block gesture touch events is already enable, you have to just disable it.)
